WARMING CENTER - Currently Closed The City of Chico warming center is currently closed. When open, the warming center is located at the Jesus Center, the City's non-profit partner, located at the Jesus Center, 1297 Park Avenue. ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO PROHIBITING PRICE GOUGING DURING AND FOLLOWING A DECLARED EMERGENCY On November 16, 2019, the City Council approved extending the Price Gouging Ordinance through December 31, 2020.
